Employees working a regular schedule of at least 22.5 hours (24 hours for Paralegals) or more per week are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits.

The amount of PTO that an employee is eligible to receive is based on the employee’s date of hire, length of service with the Firm, and regularly scheduled hours unless otherwise negotiated upon hire.  Any employee who works a reduced schedule will receive PTO benefits as outlined on a pro rata basis.

The following schedule is used to determine the amount of PTO an employee who works 37.5 hours or 40 hours for Paralegals a week earns:

1 month but less than 5 years 1.66 (up to 20 days/year)
5 years but less than 10 years 2.08 (25 days/year)
10 years or more 2.50 (30 days/year)
